No. We're based in Manassas, VA and serve real estate investors and landlords across Northern Virginia and the DC area. Most of our work is done virtually using secure tools.
Can you handle multiple properties and entities?
Yes. We regularly work with clients who have properties in more than one LLC or partnership and coordinate the accounting and tax treatment across them.
Do you also handle my personal tax return?
