Yes. We help buyers evaluate opportunities and structure deals, and we help sellers get their financials clean and positioned for a strong exit. We can only represent one side in any given transaction.
QDo you take a success fee or work on fixed fees only?
We typically work on fixed-fee or hourly engagements, not success fees. This keeps our advice objective and focused on what's best for you, not on closing a deal at any cost.
QCan you coordinate with my attorney, lender, or broker?
